- Lack of required skill or performance

3. Cancellation by Platform
Refunds or balance adjustments may be provided only in the following cases:
- The contest/activity is cancelled by the platform
- Technical issues prevent the contest from starting
- Insufficient number of participants
In such cases, the applicable amount will be credited to the user’s account balance.
4. Withdrawal of Winnings
- Only winnings (earned rewards) are eligible for withdrawal
- Deposited amounts are non-withdrawable and can be used only for participation
- Withdrawal requests are subject to user verification (KYC) and compliance checks
5. Results & Fair Usage

Once results are declared after verification, they shall be considered final and binding.
