1. Tournament Entry Fees (Paid Matches)
- Once a user has successfully registered and paid the entry fee for a tournament, the entry fee is non-refundable.
- Tournament slots are limited and reserved immediately after payment confirmation.
2. Cancellation by User
- Users cannot cancel their tournament registration once the match details (Room ID / Match Timing) are shared.
- No refund will be issued for:
- User not joining the match
- Late entry
- Internet issues
- Device issues
- Disqualification due to rule violation
3. Cancellation by gamer1014.store
A full or partial refund may be issued only in the following cases:
- Tournament is cancelled by gamer1014.store
- Match is not started due to server or technical issues
- Insufficient number of players and match is cancelled
- Any genuine error from our side (verified by our team)
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to:
- User’s wallet balance, or
- Original payment method (at our discretion)
4. Match Result & Fair Play
- No refund will be provided once a match has started or completed.
- Results declared by gamer1014.store after verification are final.
- Any dispute raised after result declaration will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Wallet Balance Refund
- Money added to the gamer1014.store wallet is non-refundable.
- Wallet balance can only be used to:
- Join tournaments
- Participate in events
- Wallet money cannot be withdrawn as cash unless explicitly stated.
6. Prize Money / Winnings
- Prize money will be credited only after:
- Match verification
- UID verification
- Compliance with tournament rules
- No refund requests related to prize money delays due to verification will be accepted.
7. Fraud, Cheating & Rule Violation
- If a user is found cheating, using hacks, or violating rules:
- Account may be suspended or banned
- No refund will be issued in such cases
8. Processing Time
- Eligible refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
9. Policy Updates
gamer1014.store reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately after posting on the website.
